Super friendly and helpful staff, ready to assist with any request and also nice people to talk to. I needed to stay between the Brussels airport and Ghent city - from this prospective, the location was perfect. The hotel is new and clean, not "tired", there are no dark long corridors or old sicarete smell - all is fresh. You can sit and work with your laptop in the breakfast room - very convenient, power, WIFI, big tables and coffee available. If you go for a run, there is a castle nearby. You can also buy some food/necessary items in a shop at a gasoline station nearby.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and modern, with a sizeable room and toilet. It also had a kettle and a small table, which were useful. There were spare pillows too. Hotel is right by the highway, and right next to eateries and a convenience store.

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I liked the connected food locations and convenience store. The breakfast was good, left me satisfied each morning. Plenty of parking. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and I was able to rest each day no problem.

clean and new bathroom always makes a traveler happy, this is a quiet place. The location is close to the main artery and easy to get in and out, very convenient to travel to. The room is bright and staff is 24/7 at the lobby which is also very bright with tall glass windows and people can easily find this place at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern and clean. This hotelroom is one of the quietest hotel rooms I ever slept in. To be honest I was a bit afraid of the noise because the hotel is next to the freeway but it was really quite. There was enough parking space and if you have to be in the neighbourhood there is a special road accessible from the parking under the hotel. This road is only for hotel guest so that you don't have to use the freeway if you don't want to, to go to the nearest city this is really handy during rush hour. The breakfast was ok. I definitely going to book this hotel again.

Convenient location for a stop on the way from UK to Germany and only a short drive into Brussels. Comfortable, clean room with friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was extremely clean and easy to get to. The front desk was 24 hours and there was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

Amazing. Clean and comfortable. The cleanest between all the ibis i know. They could review the price of the breakfast which is overrated in my opinion
